Check-in and check-out conditions
Arrival: from 3:00 p.m. The property has a key safe, the code for which will be sent to guests by email by the host no later than 8:00 p.m. on the evening before arrival. Upon arrival, guests may request to meet with the accommodation operator in person. Guests must indicate this request at least 3 days prior to their arrival date.
In the event of early arrival, guests cannot occupy the property because the preparation and disinfection processes require a time interval of 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. between two guests. The provisions of point 8.b. are an exception to this.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Payment terms
Once the booking process is complete, the accommodation provider will send a confirmation email containing the information necessary to transfer the accommodation fee.
The reservation becomes final when the full amount has been received in the accommodation provider’s account.
The accommodation provider will send a FINAL CONFIRMATION by email once the payment has been received. Unpaid reservations will be held for 48 hours.
Smoking and fire safety conditions
Smoking and open flames are not permitted in the house.
